Shipping & Delivery Times
This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.
We ship all orders carefully packed from Cologne, Germany. For prepayment (e.g. PayPal), the delivery time begins on the day after receipt of payment; for all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded.

This shipping method is intended exclusively for products we open for you live on stream. Please only select it for orders placed for our live breaks.
We ship the contents from our streams on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday together, usually on the following Monday or Tuesday. From dispatch, the delivery times stated above for your country apply.

Pre-orders
We ship pre-ordered items as soon as they have been released and have arrived at our warehouse. The expected release date is shown on each product page.
