Cancellation policy

Cancellation of pre-orders and other purchase options

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Your statutory right of withdrawal applies unchanged to orders with special purchase options, in particular pre-orders. You can find all details in our cancellation policy.

You can also withdraw from a pre-order before it ships. Use the button “Withdraw from contract” or email us at info@pokeprinz.de stating your order number. We will refund any amounts already paid without undue delay, at the latest within 14 days.

The statutory withdrawal period of 14 days only begins once you have received the goods.
